Procera Networks Acknowledges Top Partners with Premier Partner Program

Procera Networks recently launched the Procera Premier Partner program, an elite partner designation that is awarded to highly skilled partners. In particular, these partners are those that deliver a higher level of service and support to Procera’s customers for its Subscriber Quality of Experience, Policy Enforcement, and Big Data Analytics solutions.

This new partner program designation comes around the same time that MegaPath made the move to further incentivize its partners with the introduction of its Top Partner Club Program, created to reward its top two performing channel partners each quarter. Around the same time, 3CX revamped its PBX Partner Program, adding greater rewards and transparency, along with new partner designations.

"Service Providers are seeking business partners that can help them transform their business in the era of NFV and SDN," said Michael Kay, vice president and general manager of OEM and Channels at Procera Networks. "Our Premier Partner designation is an indicator to our customers that they can expect a high level of expertise with Procera's leading edge solutions."

The Procera Premier Partner program enhances the company’s existing partnership program, which already has Reseller and Alliance partner levels. However, the Premier designation will be limited to a set of highly capable, value-added partners able to deliver advanced professional services on top of basic product sales and support.

Qualified partners will receive access to Procera’s latest offerings, along with differentiated benefits like: differentiated investment from Procera for resources, deal support and financial model; extensive co-marketing opportunities; an integrated support model for end user customers and; Advanced Professional Services training and service delivery opportunities.

"Big Data and Network Analytics require a higher level of expertise and integration services for incorporation into complex Large Enterprise and Service Provider architectures," said Jon Grady, worldwide director of Business Development at Procera Networks. "Partners that can provide turnkey solutions deliver greater strategic value to network operators, and to the corporate business processes that rely upon them."
