Phillips Cate & Hancock, Inc., a national healthcare
communications and public affairs firm focused on the provider industry,
announced the addition of two executives to the Brentwood office.
Fecher has joined the firm as Senior Advisor and Kendra
Rodgers as Director of Marketing.

Letitia Fecher brings to the firm nearly 10 years of marketing and
strategic communications experience in the healthcare industry and
expertise in messaging, branding and reputation management.
During her career, Fecher has played key roles in steering a health
system through a merger, launching community engagement initiatives,
spearheading public perception campaigns and creating branding and image
strategies. Most recently, she served as the senior manager of marketing
and communications for United Allergy Services in San Antonio, Texas.
There she launched the startup company's marketing and communications
department, implemented an organization-wide employee engagement effort
and created external communications initiatives through branding
campaigns, public/media relations and relationship development with
Fecher earned her Bachelor of Art in communications with a public
relations specialization from Michigan State University and a Master of
Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
With more than 20 years of marketing and advertising experience, Rodgers
manages promotional efforts and coordinates business development and
positioning initiatives on behalf of the firm.
Throughout her career, Rodgers has worked in both agency and in-house
capacities in a wide range of industries. She has created and
implemented marketing strategies as well as tailored approaches to
communications. She brings a passion for marketing and enjoys the
challenge of creatively and effectively communicating messages to any
number of audiences.
Rodgers most recently served as the account group director for ACS
Advertising. In her role there she managed a team of account executives,
directed all advertising efforts, oversaw the creative process
management on behalf of clients and increased revenue 100 percent year
Rodgers earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing with a minor in
advertising from the University of Alabama.
