Former Attorney General of Louisiana, Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq. a

had issued a 15-count indictment charging FedEx with conspiracy to
distribute controlled substances for its alleged role in transporting

a procedure whereby Internet pharmacy packages from problematic shippers
were held for pick up at specific stations, rather than delivered to the
KSF's investigation is focusing on whether FedEx's officers and/or

otherwise violated state or federal laws.
