estate professionals, announced today that June was a record month
for traffic and that the company continues to experience an acceleration
of traffic growth. The consumer side of Trulia's marketplace reached a
record number of unique visitors in June with more than 54 million

acceleration of our audience growth amidst the busiest part of the home

Trulia recorded more than 54 million monthly unique visitors in June
2014, up 55% from June 2013. This was an acceeration from 42% growth in
Q1 2014 compared to Q1 2013, and the 47% annual growth rate in May 2014
compared to May 2013.
Breaking this down further, Trulia's standalone audience in June 2014
grew by 37% compared to June 2013, prior to the acquisition of Market
Leader. This was an acceleration from the 18% growth rate for Trulia
standalone in Q1 2014 compared to Q1 2013, and from the 29% annual
growth rate in May 2014 compared to May 2013.
