interactions, today announced that a global consulting firm providing
audit, tax, and other advisory services has licensed Kofax
Transformation Modules™ and Kofax
Analytics for Capture™ to deliver best in class scalability and
reliability while integrating seamlessly with its existing SAP system to
process and analyze more than 85 million expense receipts, invoices and
related documents per year.
The sale was comprised of approximately $1.5 million in software license
revenue and $300,000 in maintenance services, and closed during the
quarter ended March 31, 2014.
Capture provides industry leading scan-to-archive
capabilities by scanning documents and forms to create digital images,
extracting index data for retrieval purposes and delivering the images
and associated data to a variety of repositories and applications. This
can significantly reduce retrieval costs while improving regulatory and
