introducing a brand new platform and advancing into the mainstream
market across the US as part of its redeployment. Desiclub will offer a
brand new ticketing management system for event organizers in addition
to introducing the web's very first self-service deals platform for
merchants, providing a state-of-the-art bundled transaction gateway.
Desiclub's bundled transactions will combine ticketing with local deals
making it the very first company to offer the web's two highest-revenue
generating activities together.

company's first iteration, the site is launching a new platform that
builds on their strong foundation and amplifies the capabilities of key

Desiclub plans to fully release its upgraded platform during the second
quarter of 2014.

intends on closing around its deployment.
