Commerce Insurance has recently added a technology support feature to
its homeowner policies in Massachusetts. At no additional cost,
customers can now call, email or chat online with a tech support
specialist to help resolve issues they might have with their electronic
devices for personal use such as tablets, smartphones, desk top and
laptop computers, and printers.

introduced in four other states in 2013 and has received positive
feedback from independent agents and customers alike.
