Clements Worldwide Appoints New Managing Director for Growing London Operations

Simon will use leadership experience, skills and relationships gained from over 20 years in the international insurance industry to lead the continued expansion of Clements’ European footprint, which has seen significant success since its establishment in 2009. He will lead a growing team of 20 professionals and be based in Clements’ London office.
In his most recent senior management role at Towergate Insurance, Simon managed six regional brokerage businesses resulting in significant profit achievements, and worked to introduce valuable sales and pipeline planning best practices. He has previously held executive positions at HSBC, AXA and Norwich Union.
