and services for higher education, today announced that it has named
Christopher D'Arcy as Vice President of Human Resources. In that role,
he will report to Michael Behringer, CEO & President.
D'Arcy most recently had been Vice President of Human Resources at
Silverlink Communications, a leading healthcare consumer communications
company. He also has extensive experience in building out programs to
attract industry talent at companies like Iron Mountain, Cognex
Corporation and Guardent.
"Chris will be tasked with building a world class HR Departmnt at
Liaison," said Michael Behringer, Liaison's CEO & President. "A high
priority in doing so will be to ensure that our workplace is a leading

area, with its highly competitive market for technical, sales and
support staff. Chris' strong background in attracting and managing
talent will be an important element in that plan."

Before Silverlink Communications, D'Arcy was Manager of North American
Sales/Digital Services Recruiting at Iron Mountain. Earlier, he was
Senior Manager of Human Resources/Corporate Staffing at Cognex
Corporation and Director of Corporate Staffing at Guardent.
D'Arcy is an active member of NEHRA (New England Human Resources
Association) and SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management).
