Ford chose the Las consumer electronics [...] [Ulster Region] [Mirror (UK)]

(Mirror (UK) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Ford chose the Las consumer electronics show to unveil a C-Max concept vehicle that features a solar panel on its roof.

Developed by the Georgia Institute of Technology in America, the De Geor TeA solar panel acts like a giant magnifying glass and Ford says it can generate enough electricity in a day to give a 21-mile range.

Bet it will work great in Las Vegas - but probably not so well in Blackpool.
