today that Lou D'Ambrosio has been named Chairman of the Board of
Directors, succeeding Jonathan "Jeb" Boucher, Managing Partner of The
Jordan Company. D'Ambrosio will lead the overall strategy and direction
of the company, working closely with management and the Board. Boucher
will remain on the Board.
