Kristen Welty joins ANPI as vice president of operations for the
company's business solutions group. In this role Ms. Welty will manage
the service delivery process for new and existing business customers.
Specifically Ms. Welty will oversee account coordination, technical
support, provisioning, field services and test and turn-up ensuring the
customer experience is highly satisfactory.
About the new addition to the leadership team, Ronnie Bailey, ANPI's
senior vice president and general manager of business solutions, shared,
"ANPI wanted to ensure our business customers have the best possible
experience throughout implementation. I have confidence in Kristen's
ability to effectively coordinate all aspects of service delivery to
accomplish that goal."
Ms. Welty added, "Service delivery is one of the most critical

Ms. Welty brings with her over ten years of experience in operations
management in telecommunications. Prior to joining ANPI, Ms. Welty was
senior director of market operations at CBeyond where she successfully
managed the activity of over 100 market operations personnel in 14
Ms. Welty earned her bachelor's of arts degree in communications from
Stephen F. Austin State University.
