BRIEF: NPD releases images of suspects in Kroger robbereis

NORMAL, Feb 20, 2013 (The Pantagraph - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Normal Police have released photos of two suspects wanted in connection with two different armed robberies at the Kroger Store, 1550 E. College Ave., in Normal.


On Jan. 29 at approximately 4:50 a.m., a suspect entered the store and demanded money from an employee while displaying a gun. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money.

At approximately 3:26 a.m. Saturday, a white male entered the store and demanded money while displaying a gun. The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

Normal Police are not sure if the two robberies are connected.

The suspects are both described as male, between 5-foot-9 and 6-feet tall with a thin to medium build and between 25 and 35 years old.
