promotion of Rajeev
Dadia to Chief Customer Officer and the hiring of Maya
Marcus as Chief People Officer. Both Dadia and Marcus will play key
roles in forming corporate strategy as part of the executive management
team and will strengthen Saama's growth objectives and plans for
transforming its services and solutions business focused on big data,
predictive analytics and data management solutions market segments.

In his new role, Dadia will be responsible for delivery excellence and
creating customer strategy at the highest levels of the company to
maximize customer acquisition, retention and profitability. Most
recently as Saama's General Manager, Dadia was instrumental in scaling
the operational model, creating best practices of customer engagement,
and forming incentive structure and other required infrastructural
pieces for the successful execution of current business and future
growth. As an active practitioner in the data and analytics field for
over 20 years, Dadia has created data and analytics strategies for large
organizations and managed large-scale deployments of big
data, data warehousing, analytics and applied data mining/predictive
analytics sytems in diverse business

responsibility for all human resource functions and will take the lead
in overseeing talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee
development programs. Prior to joining Saama, Marcus spent nearly 10
years at NVIDIA in a number of roles including providing human resources
leadership to 1500 employees in 17 countries, developing innovative
employee initiatives and communications and assisting with the company's
growth through acquisitions and workforce planning.
