Lindeman to the newly created position of Chief Customer Officer
(CCO). Lindeman will act as the customer's "chief advocate" in order to

As CCO, Lindeman will be responsible for developing a clear
understanding of the organizations' customers and their wants and needs
while also defining customer metrics that reflect not only on the
business but also the customer. He will also focus on creating a

Lindeman will manage the customer experience to drive successful
