(Derby Evening Telegraph (England) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) DERBY has been ranked in 14th place for the biggest drop in broadband speeds, according to new research.

Figures released by comparison website uSwitch.com show the variation in broadband speeds depending on the time of day users go online.
