"The Clinical Experience" provider. The new light, bright and
approachable design uses custom-drawn icons to visually define CID's
While still providing URAC-accredited utilization review services, CID
has expanded its offerings to include per-incident and enterprise-level
clinical services known as The Clinical Experience. Restructuring the
site enables users to quickly understand and use the Clinical Help Desk
for fast answers or access the on-demand "Medical Director on Call" to
handle tougher questions requiring analysis. Its "Physician
Conversations" occur when medical requests fall outside medical
guidelines and a phone call to thetreating physician from a
specialty-matched physician can move the case along and avoid a formal

which makes it load fast and provides advanced caching and security.
CID's own technology tracks all the questions and answers flowing
through its Clinical Experience and utilization review offerings. When
synthesizing answers from numerous sources, the system cites the sources
and gives clients complete documentation of the incident.
