Air Techniques, Inc., a leading innovator and manufacturer of dental
equipment, announces the appointment of Gary Mueller as their new
Customer Care Manager. Mr. Mueller, who has more than 30 years of
experience in customer service management, will be responsible for
overseeing the company's customer service, technical, and imaging
Air Techniques is continually striving to improve customer relations
with distributors and practitioners. Mr. Mueller's focus will be to
maintain customer service standards and enhance policies and procedures
in order to provide the best possible service experience for the
company's entire customer base.
Most recently, Mr. Mueller worked as he Call Center Director for
Planned Parenthood, managing approximately 25,000 calls per month and
interacting with 12 service centers throughout the metropolitan New York
area. Before that, he held the position of Technical Call Center Manager
for Santinelli International where he managed and combined the technical
troubleshooting and customer service teams. He was also employed by
Olympus America for 24 years with his most recent title being Inventory
Operations and Service Manager. In this position, Mr. Mueller was
responsible for providing service for a 215 member sales force that had
over $55 million in demonstration and loaner equipment.

Mr. Mueller attended the University of Missouri where he received his
B.S. in Business Administration.
