nCircle Launches Automated Amazon Cloud Security Scanning with nCircle PureCloud
Dec 11, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- nCircle, a provider of information risk and security performance management, announced automated cloud security scanning for Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) networks in nCircle PureCloud.
According to a release, the new solution is included at no additional cost and enables PureCloud customers to secure cloud deployments in the same way on-premise networks are secured.
Microsoft predicts SMB adoption of cloud services will triple in 2013. nCircle PureCloud is the only vulnerability management solution that makes it possible for customers to evaluate the security of their Amazon cloud deployments without manual identification of each machine instance, saving users time and increasing accuracy, the Company said.

"PureCloud's cloud security scanning drastically simplifies the process for security professionals to secure these environments as effectively as their on premise networks."
