Radius Solutions Signs Agreement to Become Part of EFI's Applications Division.
CHICAGO --(Business Wire)--
Radius Solutions (News - Alert) Ltd., a world leader in enterprise software
applications focused exclusively on the packaging industry, announced
that it has signed an agreement to become part of EFI. The company has
plans to formally join the EFI organization within the next few months,
adding its world class enterprise application for packaging to EFI's
portfolio of print industry technologies.
The deal represents a strategic fit for both organizations; Radius
Solutions' leading software would expand EFI's portfolio in the
packaging arena, while gaining the global footprint and financial
strength of a large, publicly quoted company. "It is exciting to have
